Summer Rates:  May 26- September 4  

DAILY RATE ONLY
Deposits are required for all reservations; With a 10-day notice prior to arrival date, a $35 change/cancel fee applies.  For notices between 10-days and 48hrs prior to arrival date a 25% change/cancel fee applies.  For notices less than 48hrs prior to arrival date a forfeiture of payment applies. Rate includes 6 people & 1 car on the space.
Extra per Day- People: $10 per day |Dogs: $2 per day |Extra Car: $20 per day (upon availability)

Fall Rates: September 5- October 9

Pre-payment of $500 per month reserved.  90% refundable with 30 days notice; notices less than 30 days result in forfeit of deposit.
Extra: Electricity (based on use)| People: $100 |Dogs: $50| 2nd Car (upon availability): $150

No refunds for bad weather or RV trouble. Online Reservations are prepaid. Cancellations and Transfer of funds to alternate dates is under transfer policy noted above for each season.
